All Parents of Children who will participate in the Harvest Fest need to get a permission slip from Rachel, Kathy or Tim for the event for every child who will participate. Please be sure to have a permission slip signed for your child to attend for the hayride

Sunday Morning Adult Classes at the church:

1. Common Bond -This class may stay to pray together or meet with Living Faith

2. Living Faith - Studying the Character of Daniel. Led by Art Gaultieri in Rm #7

3. 301 Class: Old testament Survey- This is the next class in our 101-501 Discipleship Series. Mark Frazee will be leading this 13 week class in a survey from Genesis through Malachi so that you can grasp how it goes together. Meeting in Rm 5

Church Information and News

We now have a forum for everyone to use. The forum currently has a prayer and praise section and also a section for the Youth Groups to use. If you would like to see more categories added, please contact Mike Klama. You can access the forum HERE or through the site navigation by clicking on the FORUM link.

Calling on any children or students ages 5 years through 8th grade. If you would like to sing on Christmas Eve, please sign the "Getting to Know You" pad. The tentative schedule is Sundays, Nov 30, Dec 7, Dec 14, after Church, Fri, Dec 19 and Tues, Dec 23 in the evenings. Performances will be the weekend of Dec 20-21 (Veranda's) & Dec 24 at 7pm. See Rachel Frazee if any questions.

Our Cricket County Dinner Theater (Dec 5-6th) TICKETS are on sale! You can purchase them at our kiosk for $9.00 each ticket either for Friday, Dec 5th or Saturday, Dec 6th. Both shows start at 6:30pm.

Congregational Business Meeting Notice: November 30th, 6pm. We will be voting in our new Board members as well as our Budget for 2009. Our Nominating Committee's recommendations and a copy of our proposed budget are posted on our bulletin board in our foyer.

Advent Wreath & Cookie Exchange Social November 30th from 4-6pm before the Business Meeting! Everyone welcome! We’ll make advent wreaths, and have a cookies & beverages, and then our business meeting afterwards! Please Come!

Ministry Opportunities

White Cross Ministry - White Cross is an entity of the Evangelical Free Church's compassion ministry. Now known as Touch Global, it focuses on Relief Work and crisis response both nationally & internationally. Our group ministers especially to the needs of their hospital in the Republic of Congo. Tandala Hospital is in the northwest corner of the Congo & provides healing & hope to over 300,000 people. This past year, we provided & shipped to the hospital 61 lbs of bandages, surgical squares, baby blankets & kimonos. YOU CAN HELP!
Donate your used sheets. Join us the 3rd Saturday of each month. We will meet Sept 20, 9-11am at the church. Please pray for Tandala Hospital. For information contact Fern Wilson or Dorothy Hagerman.

Manatee Religious Services - Is in need of Intake Advisors—volunteers who can work a 3 hr shift once a week. This person would take phone calls & gather information. Please contact MRS at 752-4850 if you can help.
